As a result of my life experience particularly since 1991 with AGF have developed exceptional, realistic, respectful solutions to help reduce human conflict, poverty, strengthen democracy, justice and economic development and to help implement these solutions established GTI.

Victor
Pinzon
is an eminently qualified philanthropist, consultant, administrator, motivator
and entrepreneur. His impressive background includes about 50 years of domestic/
international experience in trade, tourism, alliance building, research,
strategic planning and politics. His consuming and focused passion since 1991 is
Americas Global Foundation
(AGF) a 501(c)(3) NGO, think-tank, Washington, DC based organization, and
recently Global Training Institute (GTI), both of which he is the
Founder/ President. AGF/ GTI’s focus is economic development, international
trade, technology transfer, research, high-tech, diversity, advocacy, education
and political empowerment. As a visionary leader, Mr. Pinzon harnessed the

His stellar academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in

of the Western Hemisphere. He travels extensively in the region, is a speaker
and author, and both organizes and participates in international congresses,
commercial missions, conventions, seminars, galas, festivals and other special
events. Mr. Pinzon has served as a consultant on numerous project development
and evaluation contracts for other companies.
Mr. Pinzon is thoroughly familiar with the many issues that affect and
impact Hispanic Americans and other minorities in the United States. He has
sustained a well deserved reputation as a strategist and conflict resolution
specialist. He has developed, over the last four decades of personal
