Hispanic/Latinos and Latin America ask What has Dick Cheney done for them?

Washington, DC. Republican Presidential Candidate George W. Bush reached back to his father's administration in 2000 and selected Richard Cheney as his running mate. Once again the story repeats itself.

A major question Hispanics and others ask is what has Richard Cheney in his federal government career including Vice President, congress representative has done for Hispanic/Latinos and for Latin America?
And in general, what has he done for minorities in our country?
