Rights Violations -Tell us about your situation

Legal Aid may be available through AGF to those whose Rights have been Violated on the following areas:

Discrimination and other
• Job 
• Housing
• Immigration
• Racial
• Age
• Gender
• Police
• Government Abuse of Power, other
• Sexual Harassment
• Other rights violations

Due to the precious limited resources, AGF will assist only those cases where the alleged victim has prima facie evidence of the alleged violation of rights incidents. AGF encourages those individuals whose rights have been violated to communicate with us.

AGF does not offer legal advice. It is not a lawyer, nor a law firm. AGF acts only as an advocacy entity, a strong voice of influence to attempt to assist to right the wrong committed against a disadvantaged person, primarily Hispanic Latinos.

In order to be able to provide the right violation's assistance, AGF may request a donation from the party interested in the aid; and to cover any necessary materials and out-of-pocket expenses. Some of the services provided by AGF include writing letters to alleged defendants, their legal representatives, judges and court records, congressmen and other government officials, any other party; preparing and issuing press release; organizing and calling press conferences, etc.

Depending upon the situation, AGF may refer or engage the services of qualified attorneys, upon the party's approval.
