After more than 10 years of research, studies, evaluation, investment of time and resources Americas Global foundation (AGF) with ALTEX and other strategic partners experts and specialists have designed a comprehensive construction housing program to meet the needs of some of the millions low and moderate income Hispanic and other unfortunate families and individuals needing affordable and other specialty housing.

We plan to build housing, communities and commercial facilities utilizing steel frame construction, which offers significant advantages and benefits compared to traditional housing construction. We call said program: “Empowering Hispanics & Others Through Housing.”

AGF invites you to join our efforts to provide decent and affordable housing to the unfortunate Hispanic and other families and individuals throughout the US, Latin American and other countries.

A growing number of members of the US Congress are strongly supporting our affordable housing construction initiative.  Their strong support is reflected in letters we have received from US Senators John Warner and George Allen, and Congressman James Moran -helping us secure matching funds and resources needed to launch our affordable housing construction Pilot Project

AGF invites stakeholders, landowners and anyone interested in providing matching funds and other resources to launch our Pilot Project to build 50 to 60 quality steel frame affordable homes in the Washington Metropolitan Area and then replicate the program in your area, throughout the country and beyond.

We are ready and highly motivated to engage you and anyone interested in joining AGF’s cause, rewarding and empowering our contributors (stakeholders) as we empower many, many others.

The following is the text of copy of the letters we have received from US Senators John Warner and George Allen:

The Honorable Mel Martinez
United States Department of Housing and Urban Development
451 7th Street S.W.
Washington, DC 20410

 Dear Secretary Martinez:

I am writing in support of Mr. Victor Pinzon, President of Americas Global Foundation (AGF), regarding his efforts to find matching funds to implement their Empowering Hispanics & Others Through Housing project.

This program provides a comprehensive solution to build new affordable, quality steel frame housing for Hispanics and other families that cannot afford housing.  AGF has spent over ten years researching, developing investment resources, and studying this situation and the solution is quality steel frame housing.

AGF would like to begin a pilot project building 60 of these steel frame houses in Northern Virginia.  Once the pilot project is successfully completed , AGF will replicate similar housing construction projects throughout Virginia and the rest of the country.  The company’s secondary goal is to establish a multimillion-dollar panelized steel frame housing manufacturing plant which would create more than 50 new jobs.

I would respectfully ask that your office, within the bounds of current Federal law and regulations, review AGF’s request for reviewing this matter and please do not hesitate to let me know if I can answer any questions regarding this matter.

With kind regards, I remain

                                                            Sincerely,

John Warner
            US Senator

The Honorable Mel Martinez
United States Department of Housing and Urban Development
451 7th Street S.W.
Washington, DC 20410

 Dear Secretary Martinez:

It has come to my attention that Mr. Victor Pinzon, President of Americas Global Foundation (AGF), is seeking funding assistance from your Department to implement their Empowering Hispanics & Others Through Housing project. I would like to take this opportunity to offer my strong support for AGF’s project and to commend their dedicated service to the Hispanic community in Virginia.

The battle to provide adequate housing throughout Virginia is critical and one that I refuse to give up on as long as there is a Virginian without a place to call home.  Funding of the Empowering Hispanics & others Through Housing project, if secured, will allow for the construction of sixty new homes in Northern Virginia, This project is the result of over ten year of research and proposes a very positive solution for the housing needs of some of the most unfortunate in the Commonwealth.

As I know you agree, every resident of Virginia deserves a safe and stable home. It is in this light that I am please to bring this worthy project to your attention and urge you to give Americas Global Foundation’s request every appropriate and favorable consideration.

I greatly appreciate the commitment you have shown in addressing the housing needs of the Commonwealth and remain determined to work toward fully meeting these needs.

With warm regards, I remain

                                                            Sincerely,

George Allen
            US Senator

Questions & Answers
Have we done a project like this before?
No – We needed to develop new ideas for fund raising and substantial investigation, with careful analysis in cost factors and housing prices we believe this project is practical.

Do we guarantee the profits (proceeds)?
No – however, real estate developers do not build houses to break even or lose money.  There are substantial profits in construction.

Do we guarantee the anticipated return to the stakeholders?
No – however, instead of donating to our cause, isn’t it better to receive any return and perhaps a significant return instead of having us ask for donations again and again?

To meet the various regulations and for accountability and transparency the program would be structure through an LLC, separate of AGF's 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.
