HALAPAC's Mission

to influence government decision makers and others on major issues that impact Hispanics, African Americans, Asian Americans, Latin America and Africa and other minorities in the United States; Latin America, Africa and elsewhere, thereby contributing to the educational, economic and political empowerment of the people.

HALAPAC is a non-partisan, organization no affiliated to any political party.

HALAPAC Membership  is an open, all inclusive membership organization.
We invite anyone and all interested individuals and entities identifying with our mission, goals and objectives to join and actively participate and contribute to the successfulu implementation of our goals for the benefit of its members and people everywhere.

Dues To be an effective successful organization, HALAPAC requires an Initiation Fee and Annual dues from its members. The Initiation fee and annual membership dues for entities are determined by factors, such as: the number of individuals within each entity or its annual revenues. See Membership Application,

HALAPAC is modeled after successful PACs such as AIPAC.

Goals and Objectives The following are some of HALAPAC's goals and objectives
>    Identify candidates that will support or oppose specific issues important to HALAPAC
>    Influence public opinion directly through the media and other means
>    Contact, meet and negotiate a written agreed platform with candidates HALAPAC will support   
>    Develop our own candidates for positions at all levels
>    Timed programs to achieve equal representation of our people at the top and all government level
       positions, such as: elect our first and permanent Hispanic and African American Senators to the U.S.               Senate within the next four years, then work to increase our representation
>    Concentrate on critical Government committees or offices impacting our people and issues
>    Exert and demand compliance to our agreed platforms from the victorious candidates once they are in
       office

    Different type of programs and events throughout the United States, Latin America, Africa and elsewhere
    Continuous on-going fund raising events
    Fun and enjoyable but results oriented

Budget Determine the operational budget and specific programs and events, including each political campaign we will decide to participate
