"Empowering World's Agents of Change" Internship & Leadership Training and Development (EACILD)
Donations
Letter from the President & Founder
Dear Friend:
Many who know Americas Global
Foundation believe that our programs and specifically our “Empowering
Agents of Change” Internship and Leadership Development (EACILD) program is
a unique answer to help overcome significant challenges Americans and people
around the world face on these times of dynamic changes and security concerns.
Our EACILD program involves bringing
to Washington, DC groups of selected, motivated, committed students and
professionals of different backgrounds to provide them an unforgettable
experiential training, knowledge, relationships and the tools to help them
become your outstanding employees, compassionate leaders, mentors, facilitators,
coordinators and “Empowering Agents of Change” upon their return to
their communities and countries of origin. We will provide our alumni
unparalleled continued logistic support as members of our growing global
network, which will offer them a synergy of opportunities as
they help empower their communities and countries.
AGF’s EACILD program has grown out of years of actual experience wrestling with problems common to minority communities and developing countries, where a lack of education, mentoring and empowerment continue to leave many without hope of a better future. Experience has taught us that in providing international and domestic students, professionals and others, the opportunity to experience a "better way," to teach them valuable skills, and provide them logistic support as they return to their communities and countries, they can help change certain unproductive and challenging cultural and societal norms.
With the help of people like you who are leaders in business, industry, academia, government and the nonprofit sector, we will continue developing unique programs and to successfully expand the implementation of EACILD developing the leaders and mentors your companies, governments and organizations and the world need. Our program ensures that each of our alumni’s experience would be relevant and substantive to the needs of employers, entrepreneurial development and community building.
Washington, DC today as the political world’s capital, where decisions are made that impact peoples lives not only of the U.S. but also all over the world, is the unparallel venue for anyone willing to come under EACILD to acquire invaluable tools, knowledge and relationships to secure their personal future success. Additionally, the Washington Metropolitan Area is home to thousands of corporations, associations, embassies, ONGs, and other major organizations offering unlimited opportunities to our interns in the media, arts, education, business, science and technology, international affairs, and more.
In order to sustain and grow the exceptional programs we offer to qualified students, Americas Global Foundation needs your support. We challenge individuals, corporations, foundations and others to provide substantial and ongoing support so we not only can enhance our efforts, but also ensure that students from every socioeconomic level have the opportunity to participate in and benefit from their EACILD experience.
As a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization we offer diverse giving options. These include named gift, corporate sponsorship, scholarships and other opportunities to personalize your contribution.
On behalf of the students, the
employers, our alumni, volunteers and others who support Americas Global
Foundation’s work, we thank you in advance for your seriously considering a
substantial leadership level contribution. By doing so you are helping
create and shape not only America's but Latin America’s and other countries next
generation of leaders “Empowering Agents of Change.”
Sincerely,
Victor
