Program-Solution
to the Colombian Crisis Washington, DC May 8, 2008. The Americas Global Foundation (AGF)/ Global Training Institute (GTI)’s President/ Founder, Victor Pinzon, based in Washington, DC was invited to present his Program-Solution to the Colombian Crisis to the group of Law students at American University who traveled to Colombia early this year in a Fact-Finding trip related to the negotiated USA-Colombia Free Trade Agreement and other related critical issues. The law students wrote an excellent and independent Colombia Trip Report, American University-Witness for Peace Delegation January 2008. Their valuable findings evidence significant unanswered questions and a defective Agreement. Their observations and recommendations are sound and fair which should seriously be considered and, when included in a Modified FTA will contribute to the solution of the internal armed conflict on civilians and the role of the U.S. policy in the Colombian crisis. “AGF/ GTI’s Program-Solution is a comprehensive, multiphase, multipurpose with a multiplier effect which first phase is Training and Developing Leaders with a New Mindset for Government Elective Office and Private Sector,” says Victor Pinzon. “The goals of our Program-Solution include strengthening democracy, governance, the rule of law, and human rights; to reduce poverty and other human conflicts through creative economic and social development programs. The Leaders with a New Mindset, continues Pinzon, would be strong capable, professional effective administrators driven by honesty, transparency, accountability, respect, humility, high ethic and moral values, willing to pay a price if they violate a law or violate the rights of someone else. Thereby, Helping to Bring Colombians to Work Together; Helping to Make Colombia the Model Country It can be in the Global Scene; thus Helping to Make a Better World for Us All.”
