About the Program: At our next Conference, AGF will present its new exceptional Housing Development Program to provide new affordable quality housing to Hispanics and others in the USA as well as in Latin America and beyond.
Learn about the unique and valuable benefits and advantages of our program including not only the new house owners but also donors and sponsors. We have developed two programs: one a Nonprofit program where invite any one to donate any amount to AGF to develop and build homes for Hispanics and others; and the second a For Profit where AGF supports ALTEX and our team of experts in a Limited Liability Company structure under which ALTEX invites investors to participate in our Housing Development program to help Hispanics and others in their housing needs with the potential of receiving a significant return of their investment within 24 months.

Latin America in Crisis  -Opportunities The following were some of the issues covered at AGF CHSS Conference Wednesday, August 14, 2002 U.S. House of Representatives, Rayburn Building:

Why is Latin America in crisis?

  1. In 1994 and 1998 President Clinton and in 2000 President Bush at the Summit of the Americas were proud that all of Latin America (except Cuba) had strong democracies; the whole Hemisphere except Cuba had vibrant economies with their goal to achieve the Free Trade Area of the Americas by 2005.
  2. Today in mid-2002 the picture of Latin America is vastly different, with few exceptions, a region in crisis. Why?
  3. Waste of valuable human & economic resources in Latin America abound. Why?
  4. Latin American leaders do not seem to have in sight a master plan solution.
  5. Washington is not free of responsibility in the crisis Latin America faces
  6. Corporate America and Multilateral organizations are major involved players in the crisis Latin America faces
  7. Why is Latin America a roller coaster?
  8. What opportunities exist for those willing to invest resources in contributing to address and solve Latin America’s fundamental crisis?
