| FEE
STRUCTURE: The AmericasRep in Washington, DC Services program is available on a one-year contract basis, based on the client's annual sales volume for the following retainer fees: Type A: Annual Sales over US$10 Million - $1,500/month Type B: Annual Sales from US$ 1-10 Mill - $1,250/month Type C: Annual Sales under US$ 1 Million - $1,000/month The fee includes salaries (based on a projected professional rate of $75/hour), benefits, administration, management and office overhead. A discount of 10% is available for businesses and organizations which continue after the first year contract termination date. Additional direct costs associated with travel, phone, e-mail, fax, mailings, advertising, etc. will be pre-approved by clients and invoiced separately. |
